Founded in 1980 by the Dominican Sisters of Caldwell, Genesis Farm is an ecological center set on 226 acres of preserved farmland in Blairstown. Under the longtime leadership of Miriam MacGillis, OP, the farm has become a place for learning, reflection, and connection bringing people together to explore the relationship between the Earth, the wider universe, and our shared responsibility to care for both.
Through educational programs, retreats, and other hands-on experiences, Genesis Farm invites visitors to engage with the land and ideas that encourage thoughtful personal and social change.
