Roaring Rock Park

Roaring Rock Park is named for a local phenomenon, the deep, rushing sound created when high water surges through Brass Castle Creek and tumbles past the park’s rocky outcrops. Spanning several hundred acres, the park is preserved for quiet, passive recreation, offering space to hike, picnic, and take in the surrounding landscape at an unhurried pace. Fishing is permitted in the creek, which is stocked with trout.
