Logan Club of Lambertville

The Logan Club of Lambertville brings the early days of base ball back to life. Originally organized in 1865 and reformed in 2024, the club plays vintage base ball using 1860s rules and equipment, offering spectators a chance to experience the game as it was played more than a century and a half ago.

Matches feel part sport, part living history, with old-style uniforms and period terminology. The Logan Club invites visitors to enjoy the “grand old game” in a new way. The club’s home games are played at Ely Field in Lambertville and the full schedule is available on the club’s Facebook page. Whether you’re a baseball fan, a history lover, or simply curious to see something unexpected, the Logan Club offers a distinctly local way to enjoy the New Jersey Highlands.
